As any street cyclist knows, biking with cars can be a dangerous game. Whether you use your bike for leisure, exercise or commuting, a rearview mirror will make your ride safer.
While there are a few different styles of bicycle rearview mirrors, Bike-Eye stands out for its adjustability and reliable performance. Unlike flimsy mirrors that clip onto helmets or unstable mirrors that attach to handle bars, Bike-Eye is secured onto the cycle’s head and down tube. From this position, riders simply glance between their legs before doing a final shoulder check to merge lanes. This comfortable position prevents mirror shake and will not interfere with handbrake systems, baskets or bells mounted on the handlebars.
As with all rearview mirrors, Bike-Eye provides an added measure of safety and is not a replacement for doing an over-the-should check. Bike-Eye comes in two versions: one for right-hand drive roads (such as those in the United States, Canada and Germany) and one for left-hand drive roads (such as those in the United Kingdom, Australia and Japan). Users can select a standard (35mm by 95mm) or large (49mm by 95mm) mirror. Both versions cost £15.95 (roughly $24), plus shipping on the Bike-Eye website.
Order yours today and cycle safely. Learn more at bike-eye.com.
