There always comes a point during travel when there are a few minutes of downtime. Whether these moments come while waiting for a plane to take off or for food at a restaurant, these smartphone games can go a long way in a short amount of time to relieve boredom.

Pokemon Go

Pokemon Go was huge when it debuted in July 2016. Since then, the game grew to incorporate new monsters, features and ways to play the game.

Pokemon Go is a game predicated on movement and travel. Players collect monsters and use them to compete for various objectives. Certain monsters only appear in select parts of the world. For instance, Tauros, the bull Pokemon, only appears in North America.

This game can also be played in short increments, making it the ultimate travel game.

Clash Royale

Fans of a little more direct competition will be right at home with Clash Royale. Players make armies and use them to compete against other players directly.

These matches last for only a few minutes at a time, making them perfect for quick breaks in schedules. There are always ways to get better and challenge yourself and others while playing Clash Royale. Although travel is not built into its code like Pokemon Go, Clash Royale offers an enjoyable, free experience.

Any Idle Tapping Game

This suggestion has many games that could fit its description. Tap Titans is a game about tapping to defeat monsters. As you tap more, you unlock abilities to increase your tapping time, potency and even abilities to tap while you are away from your phone.

These games are excellent because they progress even while the phone is away. There are myriad themes available, meaning players can tap to their heart’s content for any cause they like.

Interior Upgrades Begin Rolling Out Across United Fleet

United Airlines is in the midst of a major initiative to modernize its fleet over the next several years. After first announcing the plan in 2021, planes fitted with United’s signature interior are finally beginning to appear across the airline’s narrowbody fleet of Boeing and Airbus planes. United flyers are sure to notice these enhancements from the moment they step on board: Each new or updated plane sports remodeled seats, seatback entertainment screens for everyone, Bluetooth connectivity and more, all adding up to a better experience on every journey.
