The sleep tracker monitors your heart rate, breathing rate and body movements to predict sleep stages using learning algorithms. It even analyzes your sleep environment and learns what room temperature you fall asleep best in and what you wake up best in.
The wake up light and audible alarm work together to wake you up at the best time for your cycle, and is easily customizable for your favorite sounds or music.
The sleep tracker works in conjunction with the smart therapy lamp, which helps you adjust your body clock throughout the day. Using the lamp in the morning, afternoon and evening reduces morning grogginess, boosts your mood and energy mid-day and helps you fall asleep at night.
The device also has a jet-lag lamp for travelers who really need to get back in sync after a trip and get back to their normal routines.
