The Artisan box comes with a collection of four or five handmade items, in a handmade basket from Oaxaca, Mexico. Each item comes with a story about the artisan who made it. Each Artisan box has a theme. Recent themes include laundry, kitchen, jewelry, comfort and entertain. Choose from four types of subscriptions: monthly ($40/month, charged each month), three months ($38/month), six months ($35/month) and 12 months ($35/month). The three-, six- and 12-month options are each billed once for $114, $210 and $420, respectively.
The GlobeIn box offers one handcrafted artisan item ranging from hand-painted pottery to handmade jewelry at a retail value of about $15. Three subscription options are available: one month ($10), six months ($60) or 12 months ($110).
