This innovative piece of luggage changes size depending on how much stuff you need to pack. It’s a real one of its kind at this moment in time, and it’s inflatable. It sounds like a strange idea, but it looks to be incredibly successful.
Swiss brand Freitag has made bags out of old truck tarpaulins, used bike inner tubes and recycled car seat belts for the past 24 years. Now the company has developed a new inflatable travel bag to add to its range of more than 70 products.
The Zippelin uses inner tubes that inflate to create a frame for the bag, which can expand to up to 85 liters capacity. It has wheels for easy transportation, and rolls up into a small bundle for easy storage.
Each of the products is one of a kind, made from different recycled materials. The company has become known for high-quality, durable products, and the Zippelin has been a sensation on Kickstarter.
The bag will be available for €520 euros ($605) when deliveries begin in July 2018. There will likely be huge demand for such a unique product, so if you want to make sure your luggage expresses your personality, get online and order now.
