Meals are delivered fresh, never frozen, in a specially packaged refrigerated box with ice packs. Your order is completely prepared, so no cooking is involved. Simply follow the heating instructions within your shipment. Choose breakfast, lunch and dinner options that most appeal to you. All of Freshly’s meals are gluten and peanut free. Recent popular entrees include BBQ chicken with butternut mash, seafood risotto, three-bean ancho turkey chili, Denver omelete and paleo quinoa porridge.
Four plans are available: Four meals per week ($12.50 per meal, $49.99 per week); six meals per week ($9.99 per meal, $59.99 per week); nine meals per week ($9.99 per meal, $89.99 per week); and 12 meals per week ($8.99 per meal, $107.99 per week). Delivery is included in each plan and shipments occur once weekly. Freshly allows subscribers to skip weeks or pause shipments at any time. To cancel a subscription, notify Freshly at least four days before your upcoming delivery.

United Continues Its Global Expansion
United Airlines keeps soaring to new heights, recently announcing another expansion of its leading global route network. The airline added new non-stop flights between Newark (EWR) and Marrakesh (RAK), Morocco; Tokyo (NRT) and Cebu (CEB), Philippines; and Houston (IAH) and Medellin (MDE), Colombia. That’s not all: United also plans to increase flights to popular worldwide destinations including Hong Kong (HKG); Seoul (INC), South Korea; and Porto (OPO), Portugal. Following the recent agreement to increase flights between the U.S. and Chinese governments, the airline now adds four weekly flights from Los Angeles (LAX) to Shanghai (PVG).
