The newly founded New York City start-up allows professionals to instantly find and book workspaces at top luxury hotels. Meeting spaces — whether you need a boardroom or a suite — fit up to 40 individuals and you can book your space 30 days in advance or less, then pay right through the program.

So how does it work? Simply log into the site, pick your city and number of guests (from two up to 40), date and time. Then, search. Currently, you can browse meeting spaces in New York, San Francisco and Chicago. Service is coming soon for teams in Boston, Los Angeles and Washington, D.C. A simple search for later in the week in Chicago for seven guests around lunchtime brings up myriad options. Once in the search feature, you can further tailor your needs, according to price (up to $250) and amenities (including Apple TV, conference call capabilities, flip charts, outdoor space, WiFi, windows and more).

Top hotels are included and each lists the maximum number of guests its space holds and how many hours you must purchase in order to use the space. Many have an average minimum of three or four hours. Hotel options are further designated by design type, such as “sleek” or “hip.” Pick a particular hotel and view multiple photos of the space, read up on all it offers and possibly even pick from multiple meeting rooms. When it’s time to book, you can also choose add-on amenities, including catering and additional tech. Pay right on the site to reserve.
