These days, smartwatches are everywhere. They’re the hot new toy that you need on your wrist to keep up with your heart rate, sleeping patterns and overall health — say goodbye to the apps on your smartphone! But which smartwatch has everything you need for your daily life? Is it possible to find a watch that fits into every nook and cranny of your schedule?
Basis thinks it has the answer with its Peak watch, the ultimate sleep and fitness tracker. This smartwatch, which is available on the Basis website for $199.99, is designed to simplify health tracking in the 21st century. There are no chest straps to be worn in order to track your heart rate — simply strap on the Peak and go.
Peak detects your fitness level while running, walking or cycling, and it can instantly let you know how many calories you’ve burned according to your heart rate and motion. If you simply want to keep track of how many steps you’ve walked in a single day, it does that, too.
If you’re serious about getting a good night’s sleep, you’ll also want to consider making Peak a part of your daily routine. It automatically detects when you fall asleep and tracks your sleep trends based on your ongoing average. The watch can also give you rich sleep insight through the use of heart rate and accelerometer data.
If you didn’t think that such an innovative fitness and sleep watch was available, take a look at what Peak has to offer. You may be surprised!
