Want to stay fit on the road but haven’t got any space in your pack? Take a look at this pocket-sized gym.
The makers of the Pocket Monkii claim it’s the most portable fitness device in the world and they can’t be far off. It’s a bodyweight training system small enough to slide into your jeans pocket.
With two handles attached to a docking system that fits over doors, you’ll be able to work out anywhere. The accompanying app tells you how to perform each exercise, so you won’t injure yourself, and there are workout routines so you can track your progress. Follow the 21-Day Habit training program, included with each Pocket Monkii, and you’ll be fitter than ever before, even when you’re traveling.
At $140 it might seem fairly expensive for such a small piece of kit, but you’re also paying for the app and the training programs. There are a number of accessories available, too, such as the Isocore ab training device and the tactical ladder, for a small extra cost.
