Sometimes you just need a place to lay your head. With the FaceCradle Travel Pillow you can now do that just about anywhere, including on a plane. While traditional travel pillows wrap around your neck to provide support for your head and neck, the FaceCradle allows for multiple positions to help provide your best opportunity for an in-flight nap.
It transforms into six different positions, or “modes,” that let you choose the position that works best for you. The standard “doze mode” is similar to what you’d typically find in a travel pillow and wraps snugly around your neck. The “snoozing mode,” on the other hand, allows for a perfect angle for those who prefer to rest their head to the side in a more comfortable manner.
With “deep sleep mode” you can actually hook the FaceCradle pillow to the back of your seat with straps and lean forward onto the pillow in your seat. It seems like an odd angle to sleep in, but it seems to work for some people. The “table nap” position is just like it sounds — simply lie the pillow upright on your tray table and lean forward on it instead of using your arms as a headrest.
The “deep sleep side” mode is just like the regular deep sleep mode, but it allows you to lean forward in your seat and rest on the side of your head rather than flat on your face. Finally, the “breathe easy” mode wraps around your face much in the same way a massage table might. There’s a position for every type of sleeper with the FaceCradle Travel Pillow.
It is available online now for pre-order at only 59 AUD.
