The new Vinta camera bag is a subtle way of carrying expensive camera gear. With space for a 15-inch laptop, four lenses, two camera bodies and a tripod, the Type-II is great for shooting trips. If you don’t need to take your gear with you, simply remove the camera module and use the space to pack whatever you want for your trip.
Waterproof twill is used to protect your expensive stuff from the elements and premium materials are used throughout. The laptop sleeve is removable so you can protect your computer even when you go through airport security, and there are well-designed pockets on the front and sides of the bag.
There are several colors available, including black, black and gold, charcoal with natural leather, and forest with tan leather. There are plenty of camera bags out there, but few are so well-designed and constructed.
Another bonus is the Type-II isn’t obviously a camera bag. Having something a bit stealthier can be a real boon if you are shooting in areas where crime may be a problem.
The Type-II will retail for $254 after a current Kickstarter campaign is completed. The first models will ship in March 2018.
