Reviews / Hotel

Let’s face it: no one wants to spend the night on the floor of an airport, even an attractive and welcoming one like Stockholm’s Arlanda Airport.

You’ve got two choices for airport hotels on site, and the Radisson Blu SkyCity Hotel is an excellent one. Located conveniently near major terminals and just steps from a slew of restaurant options, you can simply roll out of bed and go through security the next morning with ease.

The hotel offers 260 rooms, including family suites and single-traveler options, providing a range of choices for all types of travelers. The rooms are updated with modern touches and are supremely comfortable. The only downside is they don’t have blackout shades to block the long summer daylight in Sweden.

Guests can have the option of adding on access to the hotel’s breakfast buffet, which begins at 4:30 a.m., daily — perfect for accommodating your early flight. The spread is outstanding, with an array of food that will easily suit any tastes. The hotel’s restaurant and bar is also great, offering bistro-style fare that can be accessed in the restaurant itself or via room service. There’s also free, high-speed internet provided for guests.

After first announcing the plan in 2021, planes fitted with United’s signature interior are finally beginning to appear across the airline’s narrowbody fleet of Boeing and Airbus planes. United flyers are sure to notice these enhancements from the moment they step on board: Each new or updated plane sports remodeled seats, seatback entertainment screens for everyone, Bluetooth connectivity and more, all adding up to a better experience on every journey.

What to Do During a Trip to Morro Bay, California

No, it’s not Monterey Bay. We’re talking Morro Bay, California, located about a 2.5-hour drive to the south, about halfway between San Jose and Los Angeles. A quieter destination, Morro Bay offers plenty for the outdoor adventurer to enjoy.
