Following this year’s worldwide Pride celebrations — every June to honor the LGBTQ+ community — workplace recruiter Silver Swan released data showing the 30 best countries for LGBTQ+ workers.

Silver Swan’s LGBT Worldwide Workplace Index looked at “several key factors including workplace discrimination laws, employee rights, minimum wage and the inclusion of the LGBT community in every country around the world to find the 30 best countries in the world for LGBT employees to work.”

Among the best countries was Luxembourg, which took the top spot thanks to factors like “its anti-discrimination laws, high minimum wage, low unemployment rate and its recognition as one of the most LGBT-friendly countries according to the Gay Travel Index.”

The other high-ranking countries were Australia, New Zealand, Monaco and France. The remaining countries in the top 30, as well as more details about the measurement criteria used in the study, can be found on the Silver Swan website.
