Stone Island, Mazatlan

Playa el Novillero, Nayarit

If you enjoy seeing beaches on a grand scale, you can’t go wrong at Playa el Noverillo. At 51 miles in length, it’s the longest beach in Mexico, and is around two hours’ drive from the international airport at Puerto Vallarta.

Cabo San Lucas

There are plenty of breathtaking beaches around Cabo, which attracts a fashionable crowd of travelers both Mexican and international. Situated in Baja California, the area is easy to reach for U.S. residents.

Ixtapa Zihuatanejo, Guerrero

The villages of Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo are separated by around 6 kilometers of sand, and boast distinctive personalities. While Ixtapa is a luxury resort, Zihuatanejo has a more bohemian feel. Split your time between the two and relax on the long stretch of sand.
