Jemaa el-Fnaa

Saadian Tombs

The Saadian tombs date back to the time of the Saadian dynasty of Sultan, Ahmad al-Mansur. Discovered in 1917, the ancient tombs were renovated by the Beaux-arts service and contain the remains of both Ahmad al-Mansur and his father, Mohammed ash-Sheikh.
