GiveTide App

Donate to a good cause seamlessly and effortlessly with GiveTide, the new on-the-go social philanthropy app for your phone. GiveTide securely links to your credit or debit card and rounds up the amount of your everyday purchases, then sets the spare change aside. You can then donate any amount to any U.S. non-profit of your choice; you choose where the amount caps each month. For example, if you spend $3.75 on a coffee, an additional 25 cents will be set aside for future donation.

The app was started by University of Richmond graduates who wanted to change the way people donate to causes and organizations they care about.

Don’t know where to donate? Search through many amazing organizations on the app. You can explore causes by category and find something that inspires you. See what causes your friends are donating to and join their efforts. You can utilize the social aspect of the app and share your goals with friends, or just create personal ones for yourself.
