The holidays are one of the best times of the year, filled with parties, time with family and friends and plenty of food. Sometimes we get so wrapped up in the holiday cheer, we go a little overboard with the holiday sweets. If you’re feeling a little post-holiday, cookie-binge regret, consider one of these detoxes to help you get back on track.

Dirty Lemon

Dirty Lemon is a beverage set that comes in sleek, black-and-white bottles you can only order exclusively through text message. There are Dirty Lemons for detox, energy, skin+hair and sleep, each claiming to help you do just as they say.

Dirty Lemon Detox, the most talked about of the bunch, helps you detox for six days through just water, lemon, herbal extracts and activated charcoal (giving it an intriguing black color). This combination is said to calm the stomach, support liver and kidney function and trap impurities in the body.

Wild Rose Herbal D-Tox

Wild Rose Herbal D-Tox by Garden of Life, formulated by Dr. Terry Willard, is a 12-day cleanse meant to rid the body of toxins and waste built up over time. It is designed to clean the liver, colon, kidneys and lymphatic system. Over the course of 12 days you follow a strict diet regimen consisting of an approved list of foods and take several supplements twice daily. The supplements consist of biliherb pills, cleansaherb pills, laxaherb pills and CL herbal extract droplets, taken once with breakfast and once with dinner.

Although this cleanse is not meant just for weight loss, but for cleansing your body and making healthy choices, many people claim to lose weight on the program.
