A new tour available to guests in select New York City hotels will bring guests to some of the city’s most iconic film locations, from Sex and the City to Seinfeld and more.
The new service is self-guided and guests can access the tours via a touchscreen facility from digital display company Porter24. Users browse locations such as “Monk’s Café (Tom’s Restaurant)” from Seinfeld or “Cafeteria” from Sex and the City, adding them to a customizable travel route.
Itineraries are then sent to smartphones via text or email, letting users visit the locations at their own pace. The service is available to guests staying at participating hotels in Manhattan like the Paul Hotel, the Warwick, the Manhattan in Times Square, the Hilton Times Square and the Lexington Hotel.
“We’ve just gone live with the new tours and so far we’ve received a great reception from our New York hotel network. Sex and the City and Seinfeld are two of the greatest shows to come out of New York and are popular across the world, so we’re excited to bring guests closer to them,” said Daniel Ramirez, president, Porter24.

United Continues Its Global Expansion
United Airlines keeps soaring to new heights, recently announcing another expansion of its leading global route network.
