Canada’s second-largest ski resort flies delightfully under the radar. Sun Peaks, near the city of Kamloops in British Columbia, provides all of the experience of a high-quality ski area without the crowds and the lines at the lifts. And yet there’s a whopping 12 lifts, three mountains of runs at every difficulty level, and a run clocking in at five miles — the resort’s longest.
