Spend the afternoon exploring El Dorado Canyon, with its array of trails. Keep an eye out for rock climbers scaling the precipitous cliffs that make up the canyon walls. It’s also a great place to picnic beside the stream, if you haven’t already eaten lunch or want to pack a snack. Trails range from easy to moderate, so there’s something for everyone. Entry is $8.
