The food in Lesbos is some of the freshest and most exotic you will ever see. With items such as kydonato, a pork and quince stew, and sougania, it would be hard for someone to not find something they like. A nice dinner at Kalderimi, a quaint, not too expensive restaurant in Petra, would be the perfect end to the day.
