From now until March, the Blue Cross RiverRink Winterfest — Philadelphia’s largest outdoor ice skating rink — is open to the public complete with arcade games, pop-up bars, outdoor and indoor seating and boardwalk-style vendors and dining. Enjoy the lights, view and festive atmosphere while the season lasts.
