With travel insurance on the rise, two questions are raised: How can travel retailers cash in on this demand to make auxiliary money? VisitorsCoverage made it more convenient for travelers looking to learn about and book travel insurance by creating an artificial intelligence bot, Luna. Luna marks a first in the travel insurance industry, undergoing enhancements to respond to questions with about a 96 percent accuracy rate. The company also introduced a new WhatsApp Travel Insurance Concierge, available to answer insurance questions and help purchase the right policies. These two additions comprise just two examples of how the company uses its technology foundation to educate customers and simplify the purchase process.
