Little Amerricka is a site to behold. Naturally, this is an amusement park for children, but, if you tag along with friends who have kids, be prepared for a couple of surprises. All in all, it is a nice afternoon.

An adult wristband will cost about $20 and gets you repeated access to most of the rides. The Tilt-a-Whirl is solid, but the Scrambler is more of a thrill. There is also a monorail and a coal-powered train that gives you a pretty extensive ride through the surrounding areas. That said, if you are an adult and you enjoy rollercoasters, prepare yourself for the specific kind of fear that comes with visiting a place like this. This park has been in existence since the early 1990s, but a lot of its rides have been transplanted from other parks, so they appear and are much older than the park itself.

You may be well-versed in the rides of Six Flags and Cedar Point, but you have not experienced the understated fear of small spaces and ancient engineering. The Mad Mouse is a perfect example. The single-person cars are manually operated. The roller coaster is just high enough to make you nervous and gives you the feeling your guardrail-free car might topple off the edge of the track at every turn. Even better is the Tobaggon rollercoaster. This ride is one of the remaining three in the world. Even a small adult will feel claustrophobic after being secured into a small wire cage shaped like a milk truck. To get to the top of the Tobaggon track, this small car is pulled at a 90-degree angle up a small cylinder with only a small view of the sky to calm your nerves.

This might sound like Little Amerricka is a negative experience, but this is not true! The unexpected thrill of rollercoasters of old is worth the trip.
