7 National Tequila Day Cocktails

National Tequila Day is right around the corner, July 24, and hotels and resorts around the world release popular tequila-based cocktails. Celebrate with one of these delicious drinks:


Salt Air Margarita | Atlantis Paradise Island


  • ½ oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz. Casa Noble Blanco Tequila
  • ½ oz. Combier Orange Liqueur
  • ½ oz. simple syrup

Salt Air ingredients

  • 8 oz. water
  • 2 tbsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. simple syrup


Combine all ingredients for Salt Air into a large mixing bowl. Use a blender and mix until bubbles form. Next, mix all the margarita ingredients in a shaker and strain into a glass. Lastly, carefully spoon Salt Air on top of the drink.


Let’s Have a QuiQui | NoMo SoHo


  • 1 ½ oz. Espolon Blanco
  • ¾ oz. Chareau
  • ¾ oz. Luxardo
  • ¾ oz. lime juice
  • Cucumber slice


Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake for 8–10 seconds. Then, double strain into a coupe and garnish with a cucumber ribbon.


Bloody Tequila | Hyatt Aruba Spa Resort & Casino


  • 2 oz. Casamigos
  • 1 oz. Blackberry Brandi
  • ½ oz. hibiscus juice
  • ½ oz. squeezed lime


Put a salt rim on an old-fashioned glass. Add all ingredients with ice into a shaker, shake for 15–20 seconds and pour into the glass. Lastly, garnish with a hibiscus flower.


Pueblo Antiguo | Andaz Mayakoa Resort Riviera Maya


  • 1 ½ oz. Patrón Reposado
  • 1 ½ oz. mezcal
  • ½ oz. lime
  • ½ oz. angostura bitters
  • 1 oz. Mexican chili agave syrup


Mix all ingredients into a glass and stir until mixed.


Spice in a Day | Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa


  • 1 ½ oz. 21 Seeds Cucumber Jalapeño Tequila
  • ½ oz. Sombra Mezcal
  • ½ oz. orange liqueur
  • 1 ½ oz. house sour mix
  • ½ oz. lime juice


Mix all ingredients into a glass and stir.


Red Vinyl | Andaz West Hollywood


  • 1 ½ oz. Casamigos Mezcal
  • ¾ oz. Ancho Reyes
  • 2 oz. pomegranate juice
  • 1 oz. Luxardo cherry juice
  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • Lemon twist


Combine all ingredients into a shaker, shake well and garnish with a lemon twist.


I Lava You | The Elms Hotel & Spa


  • 1 oz. Tanteo Jalapeño Tequila
  • 1 oz. Plantation OFTD Overproof
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • ½ oz. lime juice
  • 1 oz. cream of coconut
  • Grenadine


Add all ingredients with ice to a shaker and shake until chilled. Pour over ice and top with grenadine.
