KARYU

KARYU marks the U.S. debut of Tokyo’s Michelin-starred Oniku Karyu restaurant. Expected to debut in January in Miami, Florida, this intimate space accommodates about 16 seats. The multi-course menu showcases Tajimaguro wagyu beef.

Rulin

This family-owned Chinese restaurant will open in New York City in January, focusing on Sichuan and Cantonese flavors. Expect to see menu items like country duck canape and dan dan noodles. The space will feature indoor (38 seats) and outdoor (12 seats) seating.

 

Dougla

Dougla debuts in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, just in time for Valentine’s Day. The new restaurant from award-winning chef Andrew Black features West Indian, Indo-Caribbean and African flavors.

Philadelphia welcomes Adda Philly in March, marking the brand’s first expansion out of New York City. Delight in bold Indian cuisine, with unique twists on regional dishes.

Melba’s Newark

Another expansion, the iconic Melba’s Restaurant in Harlem is expected to open a Newark, New Jersey, outpost in late April/early May. The space will feature a sit-down restaurant as well as fast-casual counter service with the brand’s popular Southern comfort food.

This restaurant-within-a-restaurant concept features an intimate, chef-driven concept located in INDIBAR’s private dining space. There will be one seating per night for up to 22 guests of a 10-course tasting menu. Lehr is expected to open this spring in Paradise Valley, Arizona.

 

Dootsie’s

Located in Greenville, South Carolina, Dootsie’s is an Italian restaurant blending classic Roman pastas with Italian-American dishes. The restaurant features an open kitchen concept. Expect an early summer debut.
