Romance is in the air and Americans are ready to travel for Valentine’s Day.

Seventy-one percent of itineraries are for domestic travel, with 29 percent making up international travel.

For those traveling domestically, warm-weather destinations are most popular, with Florida and Hawai’i cities holding the top five spots. Don’t count out snowy destinations: Salt Lake City, Utah, and Denver, Colorado, made the top 10. Beach destinations are most popular for international travel, with spots in Mexico, Aruba, Jamaica, Costa Rica and the Caribbean in the top 10.
