Ride & Seek, an Australian adventure travel company known for its famed Hannibal Expedition bike tour from Barcelona to Rome, launched a new audacious cycling excursion from Paris to Moscow.
Participants of the Napoleon Expedition spend 43 days following in the footsteps of Napoleon’s Grande Armée, crossing seven countries and two continents. Starting from $15,395, the tour is slated to take place July 2–Aug. 13, 2016. Riders can also opt to enjoy a 15-day stage of the tour starting from $5,478.
“Our guests will experience total immersion into the landscape, history and culture as we ride this inspirational trail on the roads less traveled,” said Sam Wood, co-owner, Ride & Seek. “We will sample the culinary delights and embrace the abundant cultural and historical elements as we meander our way across Europe.”
Riders bike through the Champagne region of France into the picturesque green hills of southern Germany, through UNESCO-protected medieval villages in Poland to the North Sea and past the great lakes of Poland and The Baltics into St. Petersburg. The final stage of the itinerary journeys south to Moscow through Russia.
“We will visit expert Champagne makers, eat wonderful regional cuisine, explore UNESCO-recognized sites, ride through beautiful forests, remote territory and bustling cities, all in the footsteps of Napoleon,” said Dylan Reynolds, co-owner, Ride & Seek.
In addition to cycling tours, Ride & Seek also provides classical tours through France and Italy.

United Continues Its Global Expansion
