Personal finance website WalletHub (https://wallethub.com/) recently revealed the results of its report on the best coffee cities in the United States. The study examined 100 U.S. cities across 14 key factors, including coffee shops per capita and average price per pack of coffee.
Top 20 Cities for Coffee Lovers 2018:

- Seattle
- San Francisco
- Portland, Oregon
- Los Angeles
- Washington, D.C.
- Chicago
- Miami
- Boston
- San Diego
- Denver
- Las Vegas
- Minneapolis
- Philadelphia
- Orlando
- Atlanta
- Pittsburgh
- Oakland, California
- Fremont, California
New York City topped the list for most coffee shops, coffeehouses and cafés per capita. Portland, Oregon, has the most coffee and tea manufacturers per capita. For those who like something sweet with their cup of Joe, New York City and Chicago tied for most donut shops per capita.
Toledo, Ohio; Birmingham, Alabama; Detroit; Laredo, Texas; and Greensboro, North Carolina, ranked as the least appealing for coffee lovers.
