Guests can meet and train with Julien Alfred, who made history as St Lucia’s first-ever Olympic medalist at the 2024 Paris Games. As an exclusive partner, she leads training and motivational sessions.
Spring Sail, March 25–April 19
Spring Sail offers a range of sailing sessions and activities for any level of sailor with two former Team Great Britain sailors, James Peters, and silver medalist Luke Patience. Activities include competitive races and time trials.
June Jive, June 2–22
Offering 19 classes each week, this month for dance enthusiasts provides a way for guests to stay fit while enjoying dance and music in a social setting. Stefanie Renee Salyers, a professional dancer on tour with Broadway show Moulin Rouge, and Bojana Matic BoBadu, a professional ballerina, lead the sessions.

Wellfit Tribes, June 30–Aug. 24
Families come together through fitness and bonding activities led by Jade Jones, Team Great Britain’s youngest Olympic Champion; Ashleigh Nelson, British sprinter; Kadeena Cox, Team Great Britain Paralympian and Olympic Champion; and Brooks Vaughn Curry, American swimmer and Olympic gold medalist.
September Solos, Sept. 1–26
Crafted for solo travelers, a range of fitness classes, hosted dinners and social activities cultivate connections. Breeja Larson, who secured the Olympic Gold for the United States as part of the 4×100 Medley relay team, and Desmond Clark, former NFL player turned global motivational speaker, lead September Solos.
Octoba Yoga, Sept. 29–Oct. 31
During Octoba Yoga, guests enjoy various yoga styles and meditation sessions. The retreat is suitable for all levels. Teachers include Briony Fisher, yoga teacher at Premier League Football Club Brighton and Hove Albion; and Dr. Rebekah Jade, a London-based medical doctor, yoga teacher and wellness founder.
