BodyHoliday Resort Theme Months 2019

BodyHoliday, a luxurious wellbeing resort in St. Lucia, offers guests interactive theme months throughout the rest of 2019. Each month, the resort features special programming of various wellness activities, including yoga, swimming, dancing and sailing. Olympic medalists and other award-winning athletes lead the activities.

• WellFit Families (Now through Sept. 1): This series aims to bring families closer together through healthy, hands-on activities including healthy cooking classes, first aid classes, dolphin watching and snorkeling.
• September Solos (Sept. 1–29): This program is ideal for travelers looking to relax and focus on their personal definition of wellness. Enjoy a customized itinerary complete with spa treatments and fitness classes.
• Octoba Yoga (Sept. 29–Oct. 27): October’s yoga program offers sessions for expert and beginner yogis from sunrise to sunset. In addition, indulge in special massages and therapeutic treatments.
• WellFit (Nov. 4–17): Olympians Keri-anne Payne and David Carry come to BodyHoliday to present an intensive two-week boot camp with activities including fitness training and nutrition classes.
• SwimFit (Nov. 5–8): Coinciding with WellFit, Payne and Carry also host SwimFit. Guests will take part in swimming lessons and a swim technique video analysis.
• Pre-Christmas Restorative Break (Dec. 1–21): The 2019 season concludes with a pre-Christmas session designed to help guests incorporate health and wellness into their daily routine.
