As of February, JetBlue opened its Paisly platform to all travelers. Previously, Paisly was only accessible for those with an upcoming JetBlue flight. Now, any traveler can go to the site and book travel deals, including hotels and car rentals, while enjoying savings like up to 35 percent off car rentals and up to 20 percent off hotel rates. JetBlue offers these deals via partnerships with brands such as Avis and more than 600,000 hotel properties.
In addition to savings and deals, travelers who use Paisly to book upcoming car rentals or hotel stays will also enjoy access to the platform’s highly touted customer service, with a 24/7 dedicated phone line providing one-point-of-contact help for any inquiries or issues.
Of course, while Paisly is now open to every traveler, regardless of flight or loyalty program, the platform does still push JetBlue’s TrueBlue membership, offering members extra points with Paisly bookings.
“Customers love the JetBlue brand for low fares and great service, and more and more are trusting us with other aspects of their travel experience,” said Andres Barry, president, JetBlue Travel Products. “No airline has ever built a travel booking platform like Paisly before. We’ve built a curated network of high-quality partners, providing the level of service JetBlue customers know and love. We want to be the company travelers go to when they book a trip, whether they choose to fly, drive, train or boat to their destination. At the same time, we know loyalty is more important than ever, which is why we continue to reward our most loyal customers, just for being TrueBlue members.”
