Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman recently announced a partnership with Champagne brand Veuve Clicquot to launch the first-ever Veuve Clicquot Sun Club in the Caribbean. Debuting at the hotel’s Bata Bar, guests can indulge in an elevated taste of the French Riviera, complete with Veuve Clicquot RICH cuvées and gourmet bites designed by Chef Andrea Gaia.
This Instagram-worthy venue boasts Veuve Clicquot-branded décor, chic signage and a photo wall, transporting guests to the glamour of the French Riviera while taking in views of Seven Mile Beach. The new Sun Club lets guests savor Veuve Clicquot’s RICH and RICH Rosé cuvées served ice cold or on the rocks.
Dishes include RICH lobster roll and chicken and Champagne waffles, each designed to enhance the flavors of the bubbly. As the program progresses, the menu will expand to include Caribbean Champagne-macerated fruits and a RICH turkey smash burger.
The Sun Club at Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman officially opened to guests Nov. 30. The Sun Club is open to both hotel guests and local residents, but the poolside area remains exclusive to guests of the resort.
Veuve Clicquot’s Sun Club concept continues to grow in popularity, with locations in Saint-Tropez, Mykonos and Ibiza.
