Been on plenty of cruises? Think you have a pretty good idea of the changes cruise lines need to make in order to roll out a better cruising experience? Then you may need to join the new, open, global community launched by Celebrity Cruises: Xcel Dream Makers.
The Xcel Dream Makers program allows participants to test and vote on certain culinary, entertainment and design features currently in consideration for the cruise line’s new ship, Celebrity Xcel, which debuts at the end of 2025. For example, community members may be asked to weigh in on textiles, service offerings, table settings, menu items, headline shows, music playlists and more.
“We want to ensure our guests love our products and experiences, so involving them in the process to perfect Celebrity Xcel was a great way to achieve this,” said Michael Scheiner, chief marketing and product officer, Celebrity Cruises. “Celebrity Cruises is known for ground-breaking innovation in ship design and experiences unlike any other at sea. When Xcel launches, guests won’t have just found their happy place, they’ll have helped us build it.”
