Enjoying Christmas joy does not have to be limited to once a year. At the Christmas Farm Inn & Spa, the holiday magic is an ongoing theme that can be savored any time of the year.

The property the inn is on wore many hats throughout its years in the White Mountains of Jackson, New Hampshire. It was once a jail, a church, a saltbox and then a farmhouse. The estate became an inn in 1976 when, two years later, it embraced its Christmas farm roots and became the Christmas Farm Inn and Spa.

Guests who book their stay can enjoy the Christmas-themed restaurant, the Mistletoe Pub that has a special menu for the kids. Each room is festively named after Christmas icons like Blitzen, Sleigh Bells, Star of the East and Three Wise Men. On-site fun includes Santa’s village, featuring rides, shows, appearances by Santa, dancing elves and a 15-foot decorated tree.

Visitors can enjoy a fully functioning spa with an indoor pool, hot tub, steam room and fitness center. Massages, nail services, facials, salt rubs, waxing and body wrap reservations can be made before arrival to make sure guests take advantage of their relaxing getaway. The spa also offers spa treatments catered to kids so they can be pampered beside you.

Exploring Australia’s Rainforests

When travelers imagine Australia, most do not picture a lush rainforest with a serene waterfall cutting through the trees. However, that is, in fact, reality. Australia is not just desert or Outback. Although famous for its arid weather and desert oasis, Australia is a diverse country and home to some of the most beautiful rainforests in the world. Similar to other rainforests, Australia's are home to dangerous animals and fauna not friendly toward people, but, on the other hand, many have reported taking peaceful nature walks and feeling more connected to the Eerth from exploring the vast rainforest.

Enjoy the Open Road on Your Terms

For most of us, time in the car is “me time.” You can listen to that podcast you’re captivated by, blast that pop song and sing along at the top of your lungs or listen to the next chapter in that biography e-book you’re almost finished. A road trip only amplifies those opportunities. So, next time you’re traveling by road, take the wheel and take control. Opt for a rental car on your next vacation, rather than a rideshare, taxi or public transportation, and enjoy the open road on your own terms.
