Cocktails Perfect for a Sweet Valentine’s Day

Make sure your Valentine’s Day is as sweet as can be with these cocktail recipe ideas from salted caramel whiskey brand Duke & Dame.

Make Me Blush 

2 ounces Duke & Dame

1 ounce fresh grapefruit juice

½ ounce fresh lemon juice 
½ ounce red wine

½ ounce agave

Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a coupe glass.

Duke & Dame Espresso Martini
2 ounces Duke & Dame 
1 ounce coffee liqueur 
½ ounce Irish cream liqueur 
1 ounce espresso

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with coffee beans. Alternatively, strain into a chilled shot glass to serve as a Duke & Dame Espresso Shot.

Caramel S’More Martini
3 ounces Duke & Dame
½ ounce Irish cream liqueur

½ ounce chocolate syrup

Graham crackers

Chocolate syrup for garnish

Crush graham crackers and use simple syrup or honey to add a graham cracker rim to a chilled martini glass. Garnish the inside of the glass with a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Add Duke & Dame, Irish cream liqueur and chocolate syrup to a shaker tin with ice. Shake until well chilled and pour into the glass.
