The Colton House Hotel debuts in the trendy South Congress neighborhood of Austin, Texas, in January 2021. The 80-suite property blends the amenities of a boutique, luxury hotel with the comfort of a private residence. The luxury property draws on its Texas location for thoughtful design elements.
The studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom suites range 460–1,170 square feet — much larger than a standard hotel guestroom. Each suite features a kitchenette or full kitchen, living room and most have an in-suite washer and dryer.

The Colton House Hotel also boasts an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor/outdoor rooftop space, a coffee and cocktail bar, a lobby bar, meeting space and a play room for kids. The fitness center features Peloton bikes and a full yoga studio in addition to state-of-the-art fitness equipment.

The property addresses COVID-19 safety concerns. Staff members adhere to the recommended CDC protocols. Guests can expect to see frequent disinfecting of high-traffic areas.
