Adventure travelers have a wide array of daypacks to choose from, but in terms of organization, capacity and durability, Cotopaxi’s Allpa Travel Packs are hard to beat. Imagine a rolling suitcase that opens like a book, but is soft enough to wear on your back.

The Allpa backpack has four varying-sized compartments inside, just like a larger suitcase. One central pocket takes up one side of the bag, while three smaller pockets comprise the other side, keeping things organized and also in place. The distribution of items also balances out the weight, making it easier to carry for long periods of time.

The pack is built to last, made from TPU-coated polyester with ballistic nylon paneling. A low-profile harness also helps distribute weight evenly, and a breathable air-mesh back panel keeps your back from getting too hot. You can wear the pack either as a backpack or carry it using one of the side straps.

The Allpa Travel Pack comes in three sizes: 42 liters (for $220), 35 liters (for $200) and 28 liters (for $170) and is available in Spruce (a light grey), Jet Black, Caribbean (teal), True Blue and Black.

Named for an active stratovolcano in the Andes in Ecuador, Cotopaxi donates 1 percent of all purchases toward causes like poverty and community development. Cotopaxi also accepts interest-free payment for those who need to take time to pay for products.
