The only direct route between Orlando (MCO) and Munich, Germany (MUC), officially launched this month via Discover Airlines. The airline began service March 5 to Germany’s popular city, offering three weekly flights year-round.
Through April, flights will depart Orlando on Monday, Wednesday and Friday late evening, before shifting to Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday in May.
The route is operated via Discover Airlines’ Airbus A330, featuring 30 business-class seats with full lie-flat beds, 31 premium-economy seats and 244 economy seats. At every seat, passengers can expect a comprehensive entertainment experience with personal screens. Internet access is also available for purchase across all classes.

Since we started flying here from Frankfurt, Orlando has been one of the most frequented destinations of our airline. The success of our Frankfurt service made Munich the logical next step. We look forward to further strengthening the connection between both regions and offering even more travel options for our passengers,” said Marco Goetz, CCO, Discover Airlines.
The new route adds to the airline’s existing service between Orlando and Frankfurt (FRA), bringing a total of 10 weekly flights between Germany and Orlando via Discover Airlines.
