Eastwind Hotels recently announced the relaunch of its flagship property, Eastwind Hotel + Bar, in Windham, New York. The relaunch introduces Mountain House, with 12 guestrooms and Dandies, a culinary concept from Daniel Cipriani, co-founder and food and beverage director, Eastwind Hotels.
“Creating the Mountain House felt like returning to our roots,” said Julija Stoliarova, co-founder and creative director, Eastwind Hotels. “At the Mountain House, I wanted to carry forward the elements people already love — the Pendleton blankets, the vintage decor— but give the space its own personality. Windham’s palette embraces its distinct surroundings, with tones of navy, terracotta, and beige. We’re looking forward to welcoming guests into the refreshed Windham property.”
Mountain House’s 12 accommodations complement the brand’s Scandi-chic aesthetic, featuring designer-curated Mid-Century furnishings; warm, tactile finishes; and sweeping views of the peaks and pine forest.

Four distinct room types are on offer at Mountain House: four Forest King Rooms; four Mountain King Rooms; four Mountain Studio Suites; and the spacious Pine Suite, which connects adjoining Mountain King and Forest King rooms for a layout ideal for families or groups.
Dandies, the new restaurant, serves a seasonal, elevated approach to barbecue classics, offering innovative comfort food, cold beers, craft cocktails, elevated coffee drinks and bespoke ice cream, within a modern glasshouse with views of the Catskill Mountains.
The space boasts creme tones accented by natural wood, vintage brick flooring, retro whimsical light fixtures, a custom-built bar and a Malm Imperial Carousel Fireplace. Outdoors, elevated picnic spaces with communal tables and forest seating, as well as a seasonal beer garden, encourage leisurely meals al fresco.
