Eastwind Hotel & Bar, in Windham, New York, in the Catskill Mountains, introduced seven new Lushna options on its 17 acres of land. This makes the resort the first and only in the United States to offer Lushna Suites as part of its glamping experiences for guests.
The cabins and suites increase its overall room count from 19 to 26, with Lushnas accommodating from two to four. The Lushnas are insulated for year-round stays.
Eastwind’s new Lushna glamping accommodations include three loft-style suites with a lofted queen bed with an A-frame window and views of the mountains; a couch with a convertible full-sized bed; a writer’s nook with desk; and a private bathroom with windowed shower inside the cabin. A private outdoor deck with patio furniture, a fridge, an individual fire pit, an outdoor shower and a hammock complete the experience.
Similar to its original three Lushna cabins, four new A-frame cabins boast a queen bed, a full panoramic window wall and a separate, private bathroom called the Rain Room with a skylight-roofed shower.
Both the suites and cabins come with Frette linens, Faribault wool blankets, hooded Pendleton robes, Zenology bath amenities, electric plug-ins and BBQ kits available upon request.
