Elevate Your Cocktails with Pink House Alchemy

To celebrate National Cocktail Day March 24, Pink House Alchemy invites you to step up your cocktail game with their array of delicious flavors of syrups, bitters and shrubs. The creators of Pink House Alchemy work to find the right flavors in roots, barks, fruits herbs and botanicals to complement every type of cocktail imaginable. All pH products are available for purchase on the pH website or on Amazon.

 

Here are some delicious cocktail ideas featuring Pink House Alchemy:

 

Pink House Alchemy

Pink House Martini

2 ½ ounces gin

1 ounce pH Tonic Syrup

3 dashes pH House Bitters or pH Honeysuckle Bitters

 

Shake with ice until cold, rinse chilled glass with sweet vermouth and drain cocktail. Garnish with lemon twist.

 

 

Pink House Alchemy

Deep in the Thicket

2 ounces Woodford Reserve bourbon

¼ ounce lemon juice

¾ ounce pH Blackberry Sage Syrup

Lemon zest and black salt rimming edge

 

Rim a rocks glass with lemon zest and black salt. Add remaining ingredients to a stirring glass with ice, stir to chill and combine. Strain into glass with fresh ice and garnish with a lemon twist.

 

 

Salty Dog

The Salty Dog

2 ounces vodka or gin

1 ounce pH Herbalicious Syrup

3 ounces fresh grapefruit juice

Topo Chico

Fresh crack of salt

 

Combine alcohol, syrup and grapefruit juice in a glass with ice. Top with Topo Chico, a big crack of salt and garnish with a grapefruit slice and rosemary sprig.

 

 

Garden Party

Garden Party

2 ounces of a non-alcoholic gin or vodka

1 ounce pH Strawberry Syrup

½ ounce fresh lemon juice

Non-alcoholic Champagne or soda water

Edible flowers to garnish

Combine all ingredients minus the non-alcoholic Champagne or soda water into a stirring glass with ice and stir to chill. Strain near into a coupe glass, top with non-alcoholic Champagne or soda water and garnish with edible flowers.

 

 

Espresso Martini

Hazelnut Espresso Martini

½ ounce pH Hazelnut Syrup

11/3 ounces vodka

½ ounce Kahlua

1 ounce cold brew concentrate or espresso

 

Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and strain into your favorite glass. Garnish with three coffee beans or finely grated dark chocolate.

2 ounces gin

1 ounce pH Ginger Syrup

½ ounce lemon

 

Add ingredients to a highball glass, top with Topo Chico or soda water and garnish with cucumber, mint or rosemary.
