Culinary Experiences
The resort’s Six Peaks Grille restaurant hosts an array of special events throughout spring and summer. Every Saturday at 4 p.m., guests are invited to take part in a craft cocktail class. Enjoy an exclusive chef’s table experience on June 6 at 6 p.m. The five-course tasting menu offers a wine pairing add-on. The restaurant also hosts special winemaker’s dinners on May 24 and July 5, showcasing wine from popular vineyards. Take part in the on-site Sandy’s Pub’s Trout-to-Table experience. Beginning June 1, Thursday–Monday, guests may catch their own fresh trout at the property to then be prepared by the culinary team at Sandy’s.

Holiday Programming
Celebrate Mother’s Day and Father’s Day at Everline. On Mother’s Day (May 11), the resort’s Cascades restaurant hosts a fabulous brunch buffet with a mix of savory and sweet offerings from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. At 5:30 p.m. on Father’s Day, Six Peaks Grille features a Bourbon, Bites & Cigars Reception with a selection of bourbon and a four-course meal. The resort kicks off summer with a Memorial Day weekend party on May 25, complete with live music, outdoor fun and delicious food. The resort features a selection of outdoor fun, from pickleball to golf.
