Even though nights out on the town aren’t allowed at the moment, you can still plan a fun night in and virtually with your friends. As we get older, we don’t have time to see our friends every day and schedules never seem to match up, so it’s important to have a girls’ night every once in a while to catch up with your best pals.
One of the most important parts of a girls’ night are snacks; it definitely wouldn’t be complete without them. My friends and I prefer junk food, we always go out and buy our favorite chips, cookies, candy and more. Every once in a while, we switch it up to be a little healthier and get cheese, crackers and veggies. Have everyone bring their favorite snacks for variety.
Movies aren’t a must, but have a classic rom-com playing in the background to reference every once in a while. If movies aren’t your thing, play music as background noise. Who knows, maybe a virtual dance party will break out.
Games are always a hit, and many favorites, like Cards Against Humanity, are available to play virtually. Looking for more competition? Break out Monopoly or UNO.
If all the ladies are of age, don’t forget the drinks! Have everyone send a recipe for a specialty cocktail, or buy your favorite wine, or beers/ciders. No matter what you choose, you are set for a fun night in.
