Experience Kissimmee recently announced a multiyear partnership with professional Scottish football club, Rangers FC. Founded in 1872, Rangers FC is one of the world’s longest-established clubs, with a home base in Scotland.
The official tourism authority for Osceola County, Florida, Experience Kissimmee is now named Official Travel Destination of the club. The exciting partnership includes naming rights for the Edmiston House Fan Zone, stadium branding and co-branded marketing campaigns in Kissimmee.
The partnership also allows for opportunities for the Rangers to strengthen relationships with the United States. As part of the agreement, the club, Experience Kissimmee and North American Rangers Supporters Association are currently in discussion to host the 2025 NARSA convention in Kissimmee.
“We are delighted to be able to announce this partnership with Experience Kissimmee ahead of the new season as we look to grow and strengthen our relationship with the United States,” said James Bisgrove, chief executive, Rangers FC. “As a club, we already have strong links in the U.S., with an incredible overseas fan base and this partnership will allow us to continue to build on those as well as create visibility of the Rangers FC brand in Kissimmee.”
Based in Glasgow, Scotland, Rangers FC compete in the UEFA Champions League and recently secured a win against Ross County. The club plays rivals Celtic FC Sept. 3.
