Looking for a new spot to stay in Tulum? Marriott Bonvoy’s Moxy brand just opened its first property in the destination in mid-October.
Moxy Tulum offers 122 guestrooms and a location within easy distance of both National Jaguar Park and the Mayan ruins, as well as the beach and similar activities. The property blends Moxy’s youthful, vibrant aesthetic with destination-appropriate touches, such as the smattering of jaguars woven into the décor elements throughout the hotel. Additionally, for travelers headed to Tulum in friend groups, guestrooms with twin bunkbeds are available.
On-site dining is provided by Moxy Bar & Restaurant, and other public spaces include a 24/7 full-circuit gym. While a full spa is not on site, guests can book a traditional, indigenous steam bath ceremony. In-room amenities range from complimentary WiFi to keyless entry to vintage telephones.
