Classpass GO

With Classpass, users can find nearby gyms and classes to jump into for a workout session, almost anywhere they are. Prices vary by subscription, but a free workout at home or in your hotel room is right up Classpass Go’s alley. Just download the app and scroll through workouts that interest you and get sweating.

Peloton

While a Peloton bike definitely doesn’t travel well, the app will. Download the Peloton digital app for workouts, motivation and different exercises you can do in the hotel gym, room or at home. Hop on the hotel gym’s bike and ride just like you’re on the fancy machine by the same name.

7 Minute Workout

It’s basically all in the name with this one. Search through seven-minute workouts you can do anywhere and never miss a chance for a quick workout. It’s hard to say no when it’s only seven minutes. It can be a great way to destress and get your heart racing between flights, on your lunch break or just at home when you don’t feel like doing anything at all.
