GoBeDo Immune Boosting Peppermint Gum

The next time you reach for a stick of gum, consider using gum that could do something more for you, beyond just freshening your breath or whitening your teeth. New immune-boosting gum from GoBeDo was designed by an immunologist to give your body an extra layer of protection as you head out into the world.

Infused with zinc and the antiviral properties of chitosan (a natural sugar polymer found in fungi), the gum comes with some interesting benefits. The brand suggests chewing three pieces of the gum per day, for at least 10 to 15 minutes, to see results. Those results, the brand claims, are substantial, with the chitosan properties, according to a GoBeDo study, even boosting immunity toward the COVID-19 virus.

The brand, though, is cautious to point out the gum is just an extra layer of protection and isn’t enough to completely guarantee safety from illnesses. It also warns chitosan is only approved in food supplements in quantities of up to three grams per day, and consumers should only chew the recommended three pieces of gum per day.

The immunity-boosting peppermint gum is both gluten-free and sugar-free. It’s available in multipacks of three or 10, with nine pieces in each pack. You can buy the three-pack multipacks starting at $7.50 for a one-time purchase, though subscriptions are available, too.
