Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa recently announced a three-day, four-night transformative wellness retreat designed to reinvigorate the body and mind. Participants fully customize their wellness journey by choosing from a menu of spa treatments, fitness offerings, cultural activities and educational workshops.

Held May 19–22, guests enjoy three meals, a daily 90-minute spa treatment, a daily 60-minute private fitness class or yoga session and access to group fitness classes. Itineraries may include:
Spa & Relaxation
Each day’s 90-minute treatment at Anara Spa could include the Lomi Lomi massage, a lilikoi sugar body polish, reiki, cupping, acupuncture and more.
Mindfulness & Movement
Select from private beachside yoga sessions, guided oceanfront walks, a hydrotherapy circuit, mindful warrior workouts, Hatha yoga sessions and personal training sessions.

Cultural & Spiritual Practices
Traditional activities on offer during the retreat include a ho’okupu ceremony, a mamaki tea ceremony or a cacao ceremony.
Educational Workshops
Sessions on topics such as Somato-Respiratory Integration, epigenetic lifestyle influences and conscious embodiment practices will be on offer.
