Meaning “star” in Greek, Astrea highlights fresh herbs, citrus-leaning fruits and bright botanical ingredients in its libations, while shareable Asian-Mediterranean small plates showcase local purveyors and produce. The bar also includes a classical raw bar and, later in the night, decadent desserts and digestifs.

What sort of cocktails can you expect? The witty Nunya Bees Wax drink includes bourbon, bees wax, wildflower honey and cinnamon-infused angostura. Or opt for the elegant Cardinal Crown, made with gin, Campari, apricot, lemon, flower water, egg white and dried violet flowers.
